Nkatekiso Security Services (PTY) LTD is an emerging BEE (Black Economic Empowerment) Company. It is 100% owned by unemployed historical disadvantaged individuals.

Nkatekiso Security Services (PTY) LTD  is a job creation community initiative aimed at creating a platform for unemployed women, youth and disabled to participate in the main stream economy.

The establishment of this company was prompted by the fact that women, youth and disabled are still economically isolated and are not benefiting from government’s economic programmes such as BEE.

It is in this background that this company was established. A private company status was obtained in 2015 from CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission) to make this company a legal entity and to comply with various statutory and legislative requirements. Nkatekiso Security Services (PTY) LTD was founded in 2015 by one member i.e. Mr Ngunyule Nkateko Free. This member have been trained in security service and have received certificates in grade A.

The member’s knowledge in security services will be critical in ensuring that this company renders the best security services.

Lack of employment opportunities has encouraged the founders of this company to venture into business. The owner have used his personal savings to establish and register this company. He have opted to establish a security company due to massive business opportunities in the security industry and because of the knowledge in the industry.
